And even the skies catch fire sometimes,
On evenings like these,
Catching stray embers from our hearts,
When we cannot find the words,
Words, powerful enough,
To douse them out in ink...
So, the skies catch on fire,
On evenings like these,
Heralding our thoughts,
Our unnamed passions,
The undisclosed desires of our hearts,
Laying it bare,
Like an augury,
For the world to see...
And so, the skies catch on fire,
While all we can do,
Is burn within...
