Because

I met you there
where tides were near
wanted you by my side
because I couldn’t be waiting forever...
took a step forward
saw you in tears
wanted you to smile
because you couldn't be crying forever...
I started walking away
then turned around
you were'nt there, I waited
because you couldn't be gone forever...
but the seasons changed
sun came and went
drops fall and stop, I still wait
because it can't rain forever...
